As a Birthkeeper and Doula serving the Salmon Arm area, I am dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, and empowering support to mothers throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Pregnancy is an incredible blend of beauty, strength, and vulnerability. It is a time of immense growth—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and the process of bringing life into the world can be as awe-inspiring as it is unpredictable. Birth is a natural and physiological process that deserves to unfold without unnecessary interventions whenever possible. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you navigate the many decisions and emotions that come with this journey.

As a VBAC mother myself, I deeply empathize with women who have experienced difficult or traumatic births. I understand the longing to reclaim your power in birth and the courage it takes to trust your body again. My own path to VBAC and beyond taught me the value of informed choices, unwavering support, and the incredible strength within every mother.
